Trunk before
Create a solid base with 18mm plywood, add a small wheel at an angle to be able to open the trunk once standing on its side
Cut a hole at the back to allow for hot and cold water, and also waste water. Set up bracket for inside shelves
Create some inside shelves with leftover wooden planks glue together, cut to size and oiled in silk grey
install the indoor shelves and screw in position
Create a template with plastic sheet to define position of sink, tap and overall size of the worktop
Order 8mm acrylic sheet ( £ 50 online) and cut the sink and tap hole with a jigsaw ( thicker than 8mm will be tricky to cut with jigsaw)
Prep the wall with hot and cold water, waste water pipe, 2 blocks of wood to be able to screw the trunk in place and make it more stable and 2 mini brackets to lock the acrylic sheet in place
Set up some spacers to accommodate for the gap between the trunk and acrylic sheet
Connect hot and cold, silicone the sink in place and connect the waste underneath.
