North Kingston, 2014

This 1930 Mock Tudor was abandoned for more than a year until I discovered it. It felt unloved, dark and very dated.
I thought that creating an extension at the back could turn it into a warm and welcoming home, contrasting to before its transformation. This was my first business development and it took me 9 months with considerable amount of sweat and hard work.
